Capital is deployed into acquisition and construction with a fixed interest return, secured against the asset. Virtus Group retains the asset for long-term yield.
Strategic Partnership (JV)
We operate as the General Partner (GP), handling sourcing, planning, and delivery. Partners provide equity funding for a 50/50 profit share on the project uplift.
